Hard to think of anything.

The hotel location is good. There is restuarant next to the hotel which is quiet convinience. Th hetel staff was very helpful. The hotel is easy to find.

We check in on Sunday which the check-in is only limit to 8 pm.The hotel staff was very kind. He call to let us know and finally he wait for us to arrive the hotel. We actually late since we drive from Anancy.

Near highway, air condition, restaraunts nearby, wifi in rooms.

We booked a triple room, first they gave us a crappy room, smelling of smoke and stench, and very bad wc, But when we complained to reception they changed the room to a renovated one, which I guess was always available but kept empty for some strange reason.

Loved the location! Just a quick taxi ride away from the city center, and a beautiful drive at that. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to give recommendations and directions. Plus, the room had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and reliable Wi-Fi. some downsides were the lack of variety at breakfast and limited amenities in the room. No coffee maker or mini-fridge was a bit of a disappointment, and breakfast options were limited to a few pastries and coffee. the walls were quite thin, so noise from other guests could be heard in the hallway. a good budget option for a short city trip.

The hotel manager was extremely helpful, especially dealing with our delayed arrival.

Not the hotel's fault, but it was hard to get a taxi into Annecy, or even the nearby airport.

Rooms clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast really good. Car parking good and free. The parking fee was only for under cover secure parking. The entrance had a canopy which is ideal if packing the car in the rain.

the location couldn't be better, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. the room was beautifully appointed, with comfortable furnishings and a stunning view. the bathroom was spacious and modern, with plenty of hot water. the breakfast service was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the area.

There was no bar on the premises, which would have been a nice addition.

During my stay over Christmas, I appreciated the cozy holiday atmosphere in the hotel lobby, complete with festive decorations and holiday music. the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the surrounding area, with numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room was also equipped with a comfortable bed and complimentary toiletries, adding to the convenience of my stay.

My enjoyment of the hotel was partially marred by a few negative aspects. the noise level from adjacent rooms and the hallway was quite high, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We had a great stay! Best aspects included the helpful front desk, quiet environment, and lovely drive to nearby Annecy. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
